Previous Payment Processing Services

During the earlier stage of our e-commerce business and payment setup, MINIMALAZ LLC used payment processing services provided by PRINTCRAFT EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED.

The services provided by PRINTCRAFT EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED were related to online payment processing/payment gateway services used during our previous payment setup and business operations.

The relationship with PRINTCRAFT EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED was related to payment processing services and not the supply of physical products or merchandise to Aristo Vault®.

Current Payment Processing

Our payment infrastructure has since been updated.

We currently use Shopify Payments for eligible transactions processed through our Shopify stores.

Customer payments are processed through the applicable payment infrastructure connected to our e-commerce operations, and Shopify Payments is currently our primary payment solution for eligible transactions.

• Aristo Vault® is our e-commerce/trading brand.
• PRINTCRAFT EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED previously provided payment processing/payment gateway services to our business.
• PRINTCRAFT EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED was not our product supplier.
• Our current payment processing has transitioned to Shopify Payments.
