Return and refund policy

Mission Guarantee: 30-Day Coverage
We stand behind our gear. All Aristo Vault products are covered by a 30-day warranty from delivery date.

If your order doesn't meet mission standards, email support@aristovault.com to initiate a return or exchange.

🎖️ REFUNDS

✅ Eligibility:

• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Opened items may be eligible for partial refund (see below).
• Refunds are not issued for missing items not listed in the product description.

💸 Shipping Costs:

• Non-refundable.
• 10% of your order total will be deducted as the standard delivery cost.

📦 Process:

• Once received & inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Refunds take 3–5 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

⚠️ INCORRECT OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

• Wrong Address Provided?

Want it reshipped? A new shipping fee will be invoiced.

Requesting refund? 10% of the order will be deducted.

• Package Returned to Base (Unclaimed)?

Original shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

🔧 DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your gear malfunctions within 30 days:

• Send us photo/video proof of the defect.
• We’ll issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
• No proof = no prepaid label; refund subject to partial refund terms.

🔍 REFUND CONDITIONS

🚫 Rejected returns will be discarded unless return shipping is paid.

♻️ EXCHANGES

• Request within 30 days of delivery.
• Standard 30% restocking fee applies (e.g. $100 item = $30 fee).
• You’ll receive an invoice and the replacement ships within 7 days.
• Keep or discard the original item.
• If we made the mistake, no exchange fee applies.
